He says, “During the lockdown a WhatsApp group was set up and Kathryn kept in touch with me and others, telling us what we needed to know. She also checked in to see how we were doing and was very proactive and I really appreciated it! I knew I’d get a good service and it has been excellent. When it came to my other accountants, I only heard from them when the VAT year came to a close.
“I think I’ve had good value for money from Guidon Group. It’s a much better service than I used to receive and I now know where the business is at.”
